Freegold Potential RE and Brent Cook Rebuttal
- There is some resources estimate based on the curently vailable data on ceo.ca/fvl. ranging from 2 Moz, assuming 1gpt, etc.
- Brent Cook came with some negative comments (quote only low recovery values). But he was encountered with barrage of remarks including cherry picking the info (without reading to the bottom of the company writing that shows higher values for sulphide ore processing. Apparently, BC did not seem to read the flowsheet which shows two conveying belts, one for sulphide and the other one for oxide for heap leaching).
Note: The first few years the company would process oxide ore from the oxide cap (sulphide is at depth). FVL will deal with the sulphide ore in different processas stated at the end of the Metallurgical Section: " Further metallurgical testwork to date has indicated that optimum treatment of the sulphide portion of the resource is by flotation of the sulphide followed by oxidation whereupon recoveries in excess of 90% are achieved."
Lesson learned: Make sure that reading is done completely (also turn the page to make sure that nothing else is written on the next page...For example, in some medical book: "If you have this disease, take this medication" at the end of one page. On the next page: ..."you will die", lol.

Haha, like you medical analogy.... Clearly Brent does not read and only skims. In this case the 'cherry picking' comment seems apropos.
