Looks like Hipshot had some bad intel. I have never seen or heard KW say the end goal was to sell to a major, even though she may have said it somewhere along the way! Most CEOs are very clear on their intent, but it is not clear here! I would venture a quess that most shareholders are in this for a buyout and do not want KW and AJ to turn this into a 25 year job. Please correct me if you have a link I can go to.

Meaning; this stock should be bought by people ,  stochholders etc, that realize this a world class opportunity. The majors will show up when KW has proven enough drilling has been performed to produce the max. for the stockholders. Hang on and expect the most!  My opinion is ;  this will happen this year. I in no way meant that the Co should bought now... Enthusiastic hope won'

I can’t disagree with your logic, but new shareholders need some excitement to invest in a stock that has been around for awhile. The management are the only ones that can achieve that. Let’s hope news starts coming sooner than later.
