Name change effective Jan 26  from Bullfrog to Augusta

Also reverse split   5 for 1 

changing name and a higher share price makes it potentially more marketable to Institutions 

less of the legacy pump dump otc feeling

Hi Runandcoke Did the company mention this to you? Very bullish if they can get those two done. Too many shares right now. Augusta Gold sounds like a company name that'll eventually make it to the NYSE.

Exciting stuff.   Volumes picking up...and all of this on no news ! Can't wait till they start actually announcing some of the developments going on behind the scenes.

Not that I am complaining...as I've been accumulating a fairly sizeable position in the market...but it would be good for the Company to issue a news release when they are contemplating a material change.    I am surprised they didn't news release this. there is no filing on Sedar yet, don't understand how they can file such a important news only with USA regulator

I've added more. Up to 27000 shares. Anyone see what happen with rubicon when it changed its name to battle north? Also, Anyone look at the Augusta stock $SLS? Up 400% since June.
