Things seem to be taking a bit longer than expected?  I see that last year the AGM was June 8, and so far no mention of when the AGM will be.   GBI needs to notify shareholders 30 days in advance I believe.  Anyone know what the timeline is for getting this cash shell re-organized?  Seems it is being held down at this price for some reason, IMO.
