Looks like the share price is moving higher in anticipation to the move into some form of business project yet to be announced.
All speculation of what it will be, but as long as it's a value added transaction, the bottom should be around $0.225 where NOR bought in.
Cash value is around $0.27 and depending on what the new business will be, it can only add to the cash on hand.
