Decent q

The company continues to perform well in a slowing market. 42 cents for the q.
The co. is selling a distribution site for 66 million, $2 per share, a 50 million pre tax profit.
I have not drilled into the Lavel development values.
The real estate values are clearly understated.
Book well over $12.
Cash and investments are $7 per share.
The div is 3%.
