Fund sell.

As an Ivey Alumni, I am a touch dismayed by this sell.
It overlooks the huge margin of safety, and the likely catalyst for significant returns.
The real estate holds the key to where the family goes. Straight to LNF with the real estate into a REIT.
Kids... what are you going to do. You likely sold it to the company.

On June 18 and June 19, 2024, the Fund sold 2,100 shares of BMTC Group Inc. at an average price of $12.79 per share (after fees), fully exiting its position in this Company. BMTC Group generated a total return for the Fund of 24.3% over a 6-year holding period. The Company’s store revitalization initiatives appear to be showing early signs of bearing fruit, though the Fund Fellows and Co-Managers were concerned about a shift in business model as BMTC began to pursue various real-estate related strategies.
