As the analyst increases his price target $.20 to $1.85 and we get the large volume there has also been multiple insider purchases this month.

No less than the Chairman and CFO have laid out >$100K this past week post the Q1 earnings report. Nice to see some displayed confidence beyond words. Interesting time for them as they expand their reach in Quebec.
