COLABOR IS IN DISTRESS....trading wise

After climbing to a 52-weeks HIGH of $1.52 a few weeks ago, now retreating to $1.17, so far today, the stock is being accumulated with high volumes.  Such a trading pattern makes no doubt in my mind that there is more likelihood of a takeover in the works, rather than a long-term horizon in seeing the stock reaching for example $2, $3 and above.

Not sure whether the management has the ability to operate or run this company! Creation of shareholder's value??? Has the management thought of privatization of the company? What is the objective of floation of company? Can someone shed some light on these?
