Why are half the wells having "issues" and what are those "issues"?  Seems you forgot about that.

Our investment thesis for MIN is supported by recent feasibility work (early 2017), the electro-plating of first copper cathode production achieved last month, and lessons learnt from recent operational teething problems. We now feel that MINs management team is on track to methodically unlock Gunnisons production growth and future development potential.

"Feelings" eh?  GL with that
Comment by metalhead666 on Feb 26, 2021 9:42am
Would your "investment thesis" remain the same if the whole complex was on fire?

An issue is simply that, something to be resolved or improved. . I  was the mine supt of one of the largest copper mines in the world, 360,000 metric tonnes of refined copper per year from surface and underground, but every day my diary was full of issues. But we can talk all day about Min. Fact is that itis now in the hands of the operating team. Produce metal in increasing quantities until ...more

Your "issues" blasting and trucking are nothing like their "issues"

Excelsior's share price is bang on the dilution share price at $0.95, more or less. Once the overhang is cleared up there will be no stopping. Ramp-up period will resolve any teething problems, that's what companies do in the ramp-up period. Every man and their dog is watching this share, there is huge potential and the rerate in share price is looming. The rush to buy this share will be ...more

Ridiculous assertions. Why are half the wells not working?
Comment by Buckfinder on Feb 27, 2021 8:46am
Then go short ! You seem very confident that you are right, so you have to make a profit out of it otherwise it`s wasted time to make hundreds of messages without a position (long OR short). It is no crime to go short :-) If the stock achieves the target of PI of 2,35 then you get squeezed ugly OR you are right and the stock goes to your target of 0.20c -then YOU make the deserved profit ! So ...more

No..I don't have to take a position.  I can have an interest in how this story plays out but I don't have to be betting on it either way.  And I am NOT making any predictions only pointing out FACTS that people like you CHOOSE to ignore in favor of whatever supports your bias.  I'm pointing out REAL risks and you're ignoring them in favor of some broker report that ...more

Then why should anyone here take you seriously?  If you can't match your level of negative passion with some of your $ then it's just meaningless noise of no consequence to any investor.
Comment by metalhead666 on Feb 27, 2021 1:05pm
No it isn't. I can have an academic interest in something and not be betting on it. You don't, and shouldn't take my word on anything....All I've done is rase the red flag about a perceived risk...do with it what you will. Maybe it's nothing, maybe it spells the end of this project. I don't know. BUT....I will NOT bet on something with a bianary outcome of success or ...more

Comment by metalhead666 on Mar 01, 2021 8:20am
So do you generally "invest" in things where you have no clue?
Comment by dollpartz on Mar 03, 2021 3:23pm
But you "invested" in it (you like those quotes righr, issued from Jerkville) .. tho I don't believe you invested in it, and that you had a million shares or whatever  .. and I'm curious why some 65 yr old picks 666 to put in his nick .. you are a mystery .. anyway keep up the good work  ..

I originally had a position because of the copper EV green revolution and the insitu idea as I have some experience with insitu with uranium.  When the information changed I changed my mind.  When at first it seemed that I could have good communication with the company I was willing to stick around...when they refused to come clean after the CRUX piece I was done. I always shoot first ...more

Oh ok .. may I ask why you keep posting?
Comment by metalhead666 on Mar 03, 2021 4:30pm
Do I have to have a position to be interested in the outcome? Do I have to be a blind bull to comment?  Maybe they sort their issues out....maybe they don't. I'd be willing to act should we get clarity and confidence so posting and reading the mostly stupid comments here keeps me engaged ....Why are so many of you so stubborn and unwilling to cut your losses given the hightened risk?
Comment by dollpartz on Mar 03, 2021 4:48pm
It's not about commenting, it's about commenting more than anyone...  ok I accept that, you're worked uo ..it's not a loss dude, I bought many yrs ago .. and I like risk ..

Three more reasons to own MIN: 1) The JCM open pit still contains a lot of copper.  Economically feasible to mine at $4 copper. 2) Substantial high grade zinc deposits on the north end of the property. 3) South Star property. The value of these assets are not reflected in MIN's market valuation in my opinion.

Good point AB! I completely wrote off the Johnson Camp cause if I recall correctly, the operating costs were too high, but with copper reaching all time highs, it may yet be feasible as another source of copper! Please excuse my laziness, but do you have a summary of Johnson Camp mine's feasibility study handy by any chance? Link would be appreciated.
Comment by ArizonaBilly on Feb 26, 2021 11:52am
Copperwave, sorry, but I don't have that but we see if I can get it.  It is my understanding that the only thing standing in the way is a new leach pad which would require re-permitting.

Just google "nord resources johnson camp mine" One of the links talks about a 40 million lb/yr operation: https://www.paidpromotionalmessages.co.uk/companies/news/69600/nord-resources-johnson-camp-mine-production-estimate-raised-in-scoping-study-0622.html
