VOTE AGAINST MGMT OVER PAID

$520,000 SALARY PLUS SAHRES EQUATING TO OVER $2.5M OF COMP
$420,000 FOR THE NEXT EXECUTIVE
and they have not hit milestones actually it might be a complete failure

those salaries are barely legit for a producer and not only MIN is not a producer its a possible failure and the worst part
is SR Mgmt has no success behind them taking companies into production
even if they did the right thing and recurited an experienced mining  CEO who had ISL experience they wouldn't need to pay this amount
instead you have unproven management getting ultra premium salaries
all board members are accessories to this - guilty

they bot some stock this week great - perhaps they know the major shareholders have had enough

the key shareholders should vote them out

Amen.

They're being compensated as any other executive. Clearly you don't even know the basics of the story or you would know that a private find owns about half of the outstanding shares. Do you really think retail investors could vote anyone out if they wanted to? Stupid statement and you're obviously here to bash making assumptions that this will be a fairly when management has been ...more

CEO comp $520,000 and with RSU's $2,600,000  compenstated as any other non prducing company which has clearly missed their milesteons this is the only copper company I know whose share price has gone down significantly  Copperwave if you support this comp then I am thinking you are on the payroll  don't be afraid to vote against management the large shareholders who control ...more

A private fund owns approx. 50% of the company. What would retail voting do? Furthermore, the fund managers would've voted against compensation if it was too much, as you delusionally seem to think.

Since you're so shocked about CEO salaries at mining companies, I'd suggest you read https://www.northernminer.com/news/seventeen-top-100-ceo-salaries-2015-mining-industry/1003782167/

this article has no reference points.  It does not say what the average is and discusses established producing companies - not companies  struggling to get production but have so far failed and possibly may not work. Don't get me wrong, this can be a huge success so wait to pay yourself when that time comes.  The optics are outright bad. if you think $520,000 plus RSU's is ...more

Rubbing salt in the wounds..lol  There is nothing right with this farce. Management gets rich and you dreamers are buying the gas for his yacht.

We will see Metalhead, you could end up being correct. Only time will tell what happens. This is obviously been one of the few failures in the copper space where price has declined in a bull market.

That's a clue don't you think?
Comment by Returns2021 on Jun 01, 2021 12:07pm
Absolutely it is, fully agree. The clue is the share price given the copper bull market. I just happen to think there will be a solution and current price levels are a decent gamble. Now of course if there is no solution, see you at near zero share price. We shall see how the gamble goes.
Comment by metalhead666 on Jun 01, 2021 4:12pm
Not going to have a solution and gambling that they will is just throwing your money away.  There's no point in "gambling" on this failure.

Time will tell. High risk for sure.....it has burned a lot of people so far.
