Follow the money

Student housing and vancouver realestate is a sure bet going forward. 

Follow the big institutions and where they are currently putting (a lot of) their money for the long term. 

CIBT will have no problem finding buyers and JV partners with big pockets for future development. 

Sky is the limit as the demand is huge and the market is underserved in Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal. Students and immigrants will be returning putting increasing demand on rentals. 

CIBT investors will soon find out how much institutions are willing to pay for CIBT's GLOBAL COMMUNITIES REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO on the selling block. News to come soon.
