They may be one in the same thing! We shall see!

Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) or Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS)

A Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) is the final piece of the financing puzzle. The results of the study serve as the basis for a final decision whether to proceed with the mine plans. It would be unusual for a company to get finance in place without one.

Companies in the development stage already have a fairly accurate idea of the size, grade and abundance of the resource - meaning that there is more data to analyse and less risk. Economic assessments and feasibility studies are similar to NI 43-101 reports in that they are held to high standards. Investors can be more confident that these companies will move towards the production stage.

Kerry said in his latest interview that it IS a BANKABLE feasibility study but you're not allowed to call it that in Canada. So Definitive Feasibility Study = BANKABLE Feasibility Study. https://youtu.be/O-J-l--jjoY
