Seems even the DRC is getting upset with the RICH nations that import their metals. They want too raise taxes or royalties in my opinion. And just about everywhere in the world will need more money. Be it DRC, Chile,Peru. It could get real messy. Real supply constaints, which in turn might turn the economy (green) into a much slower event. Need those critical metals like copper for ...more

DRC would be wise to take a page from the Indonesia handbook, stop exporting concentrate for someone else to process. Exporting the raw material means a lot of someone else gets the good paying jobs. Changing the rules, they could force a capital infusion that creates more than mining jobs, industrial jobs. If you want our cobalt, process it here. Where else are you going to get gobs of cobalt ...more
