Nice I wonder why it was done after hours and not in the morning. Either way this.is an amazing milestone. Today's news puts the value of the company at 250 million in cash. I wonder If this will be reflected on SP. Also this is a good sign that the company is fairly confident that they have followed all the rules in EIS therefore the approval is more likely than not.

Excellent news!! Very nice to see all the dots connecting. Been here since March 2020 and only accumulated. GENM's acquisition was Aug/ September 2019 and have met many, many milestones. Did the 90 day review start at the beginning of the hearings or is that still to come? Good news either way.  I am keen to see the rest of the funding being announced. I still feel that the share price is in the bargain basement, but with financing and permits done there will be so much more certainty about the development of the mine.  Surely the share price has to be worth double when
