Sorry, Blindmouser, but this is ridiculous.     Canada has seen a booming RE market for 20+ years with interest rates and demand as the primary factors driving the unprecedented rise. Canada never corrected in 2008 like other countries did. 0.25% interest on million dollar loans FCS. A 20% drop would only bring us to last year's average price, so more of a correction of COVID
