At 3:34 pm I bought 16550 shares at 1.08 using Td # 7. I don't see it. I guess they got them from anther market.?

No, this means that TD did not send your order to the board and filled it internally customer to customer or from some other TD internal account containing GENM shares. It sucks when that happens and you are buying the ask and the price does not reflect what you paid  like your trade never happened (i.e. the price is at $1.07 and you buy the ask at $1.08 but your order is filled internally

I assume they showed up in your account. If so it probably was filled on one of the small exchanges - but that's a guess on my part. I use a quote system that allows me to see previous trades on a delay basis and gives me trading volumes on an exchange by exchange basis at the end of the day but I don't think that's always true (many just show Toronto).  It makes it hard for

Thanks for this info, Rainyday. Interesting, I always thought this was internal filling of order within a brokerage firm.

Well there are lots of crosses within brokerage firms but the trades do have to show up somewhere and that's often processed through a smaller exchange.

Found them on tmx. Most were sold by anonymous ( I think they should ban anonymous) but at the end it showed some virtu trading company

Just as an example, today there was a total of 418.5K GENM shares traded of which 225.6K were traded on Toronto and the other 192.9K were on 7 smaller exchanges (Neo ATS, Alpha, Omega, Pure, Chi-X, CX2 and TriAct)).
