TOOM's Comparison Wrong & Unfair
TOOM says GENM did badly today because the Dow was off 2% but GENM dropped 10% (from .90 to .81). The Dow is absolutely NOT the right comparison - not just because there's no similarity between large blue chip companies and junior mining companies but also because investors trashed the S&P 500, the tech wreck continues and the VIJX (a much more reasonable benchmark for developing junior companies) was off 50 points or 6.5%.
In fairness, it's not at all surprizing GENM fell to the low 80's today - this is a vicious market right now - one of the worst debacles I've seen in my life. But as one person on this board wisely pointed out today, we need to remember why we are invested in GENM and not over-react to the current market emotions.

TOOM is doing the same thing again today - markets are not all green. I know I'm not the only one who's getting fed up with the distortions and lies.

Just to clarify - commodity stocks are down - precious metals, stocks, oil & gas stocks, a huge number of small company stocks (both down in price and very low volume) and the VIJX which is a much fairer indicator for junior companies is also down.
