I was both thrilled that Generation was added to the list sent to the Pentagon for potential US Army investment/grant, but also wondering at the time whether this could be a reason to hold things up until a grant was all worked out.

An agreement for free money from the US Army could be a reason to hold things up, and not a bad one for investors.  Free money is free money, here's hoping and I have time.

At this point, I might actually prefer for GENM to announce everything all at once in January when the market picks up.

That's one of about a dozen possible reasons GENM hasn't announced a financing deal. They have dozens of nondisclosure agreements on their desk right now. Management has to be careful about what they say to the public. We can just speculate. Several of the nondisclosure agreements could be buyout proposals by larger mining companies that want the ink dry on Government approval and no other
