I can't wait until Generation sues you into poverty and takes away all your ill gotten gains, timeoutmind/SK. Your time will come. For a defamation case in Ontario, the limitation period is two years from the date the plaintiff discovers the defamatory statement. However, if the plaintiff is unaware of the statement, the limitation period begins from the statement's date.
