what did these 'consumate professionals' that everyone around here loves so much ... do to screw up the permitting ?

I can't wait until Generation sues you into poverty and takes away all your ill gotten gains, timeoutmind/SK. Your time will come. For a defamation case in Ontario, the limitation period is two years from the date the plaintiff discovers the defamatory statement. However, if the plaintiff is unaware of the statement, the limitation period begins from the statement's date.

As of 18 months ago defamation cases became much easier for the plaintiff to win in Ontario and these cases are much easier to win in Canada than in the U.S.
