Once Permitting is confirmed unofficially this is poised to takeoff. Real-estate pricing and other infrastructure projects tells me how optimistic people are. 

I have a client who is a senior in his field and dealt directly with one of the managers. They know what they are doing with their wealth of experience.

I've been small chipping away bit by bit and have added on another 15% to my stack.

Well I hope soon!!! I said it before the governments have been talking about critical minerals for the past 1 1/2 years. Ontario especially Northern Ontario is going to be the supplier of these minerals!!!!!! They should take there own advice and start the production of this minerals by giving the permits to the companies!!!!!!
