Surprised Nobody is talking about this Fun Fact.

Did you know James Levi and Kerry Knoll currently own another company. They started on August 6, 2019 called Moon River Capital LTD. They each own 17.54% of the company. If that name sounds familiar, that's because that's the company GENM announced they are selling that Davidson property to about a month ago. Another fact; the chief executive officer of Moon River, Ian McDonald, who also owns 17.54% of the company also owns over 1 million shares of GENM stock.  Question; is this good news or bad news?

so Kerry and Jamie are smart enough to get out from under this piece of GENM garbage and go hide under another shell company.  i'd call that bad news.  meantime, just another day at the office: another freefall ... another ten percent haircut.  if you don't think management of genm is sneaking out the back door with the typewriters and fax machines ... you're missing ...more

Its odd how you bring this up as I just happened to re read the news on that this morning.

So Kerry was involved with Thompson Creek in the past. Interesting that Ian McDonald has the same percentage as Kerry and Jamie in Moon River. If as you say they have 17.54 % each that's 52.62 %. The news release states that GENM will own 29-31% of Moon River. I can't see this as being bad news for GENM other than perhaps that Jamie and Kerry would sell for less than they originally ...more

I think it's good that we (GENM) will own 29-31% of Moon River. If they can get the Davidson Molybdenum project going, that's great. Kerry did that before and I have no doubt he could do that again.

so they sold themselves a company.. I'm sure they got a deal.  #corrupt_as_phuque wonder if the OSC knows

every day that goes by, I get closer and closer to reaching out to the OSC.  this thing is not just a failure, it's starting to look more and more like a complete skam.  there is no one that could possibly be this incompetent.  three years to get a permit to mow the lawn ? either the permiters know something we don't ...  ... or they're not really trying that ...more

By all means - reach out to the OSC. You don't need our permission. I'm guessing they will point out to you that the agencies who issue the permits are still within their deadlines.

This is how junior mining works. The players take care of other players. There's nothing shady about it, they bought a project that might be worth a billion one day for chump change. If it ever flies, they will be the primary beneficiaries. There will be a little profit remaining for Generation shareholders if it gets developed, but not the 100% lost for what, a few hundred thousand? This is ...more
