Technical comment

The stock is UP today (poor TOOM) and I'm still of the same mindset I was last month.
The 30 day Moving Average (MA) is flattening and the price is a snick higher than the 30 day MA.
The 60 day MA is still trending down (as it was last month) and I'm waiting for an entry point that is still 2 or 3 cents higher. It looks encouraging right now but I'm still waiting for a more convincing MA before I average down.
