I could not believe this was the 6th most traded stock on the TSX yesterday. Right up there with Manulife, Enbridge and Scotiabank. It's mind boggling to think GENM has gone from unknown to this. Curious to see where things end up today - looks promising so far!!!

it''s like a million bucks worth of stock, really not that much for market

But the market cap of the company is less than a hundred million and the volume has been fairly low for several months until the last few days.

Yes it's strange that such huge volume mid day isn't pushing it higher, not that I'm complaining. Who's selling these volumes and why?

the main point is not that a million bucks of voulume compared to manulife and enb is a nothing burger for the market, what,s important is that genm is in play, seemingly under non-trivial accumulation. As far as i know moc trades aren't synonymous with short covering but expectation of much higher price based either on conviction or something less tasteful

Looks like 1.2 million shares just traded hands at $0.37 or so on the TSX. Almost 3 million shares so far today.

Because they own more than 10%, wouldn't they have to declare so?

Possibly - I don't know what the rules are when selling. After trading in a fairly narrow price range all morning I see it's now dropped 4 cents. What a day !

It looks like the Party is over! But we shareholders were never invited and we we don't even know what's really happening here. It looks like who ever was buying got all they wanted. Now where does the price go? More questions than answers? LOL

Maybe recent drop is related to Fed rate hold disappointing the markets

my point from yesterday exactly hillbilly .... the longs are ghosted and laughed at and lied to as usual .... insiders get the spoils. how exactly have you benefited from your years of clapping your fins and covering for these shyters ?
