Major Drilling buys out geo at  $4.00 by end of year ( minimum).  MDI said it has run out of drills and wants to diversify its geographial base of business. GEO says they are for sale.

Makes sense $ 4.00 might be a bit low but I'd be happy with $4 buyout. I bought in at $1.80 last year and am enjoying the dividends while I wait. Cheers!
