They made 25 million which is good. But for the six months they lost 201 million which is bad.

For the quarter they had a 37 million gain on foreign exchange 117 million gain on mark to market purchase contracts and they divested of a company for $35 million gain: $170m in one time profit.

So their accumulated deficit is $2.4 billion and they are cash destructive. I think the Spruce point report is correct this company is going to implode.

GFL more then likely going to end my 21 year recycle collection for small municpalities here in Alberta with Alberta passing new legislation in the fall to adopt and implement the new EPR program.
