GGD down as expected

Bought deal financing caught a lot of shareholders off guard. Timing is odd!

Lots of sellers and lots of buyers taking advantage of the cheap price.

GGD must be working on something to warrant raising capital now. They have plenty of cash on hand and are almost fully funded by Parral. This would fit in with advancing LRS. Once the dust settles and investors realize the minimal dilution, the SP should recover. More news would help. GLTA holding and buying in.

I believe this is the third raise I have experienced here. Each time was a surprise. Each time irritated me. And each time the stock price went on to new highs. So, I was surprised by this announcement, irritated and now the rest is up to the company and market. T and I do agree we may get news in next 60 days regarding something good.

Here we are at $2.86. Those picking up shares here should do quite well, if past performance is any indication! Financing provides an opportunity to buy in at discounted prices from disgruntled shareholders. looking at past charts 3 or 4 days is all it took for the SP to rebound. So, by Friday we should be back over 3 dollars, provided of course metals stay the course! No doubt we will get ...more

I am sure you are one of many LOL It takes a bit of time to chew through the cheap shares but it happens. Once the financing is completed and announced they should get back to regular drilling updates. The SP will move much higher me thinks!
