MTY posted results that seem to return to normal and reinstated their dividend. The stock is up 16% in one day. This is what I see happening with GH when their results for this quarter are posted.

Very likely something similar happens here. Good call I think we'll be stuck around $10 until we have 2-3 quarters of operations are under our belts. Bunch of us said a while back, when virus stuff is in the rear-view, income seeking investors will be back to bid up GH shares. $0.60/yr sits us at 7% yield. I could see it bid to a 5% yield, so $12 down the road.
