Pretty reasonable board I must admit.  Nobody jumped in and attacked me which is unusual for posting some views that commentators don't agree with.  Some positives for me - I really like that GH has a significant exposure to real estate, they bought back shares and reinstated their dividends...all good signs.  So I am still actively considering a position but haven't pulled the trigger yet.  All the best, Charlie.

I'm in with a pretty easy equation Charlie. I was OK with buying 1000 GH at about $10 pre covid with a 6 cent monthly dividend. When it plunged I was really happy to keep adding on its way upward to where I'm still happy chunking a bite at a time towards my next 3 zeroes round number.BTW I invested my special BEK dividends here  I'm convinced, like the others here, that GH is
