Am I wrong...is Deerfoot worth 83% of the business??

If Deerfoot does 83% of GH revenue then price was justified.
Please help me digest this...

Without diving deeper does anyone know the percentage of business that deerfoot contributes??

I suppose there is always the argument that the assets are currently undervalued. If someone tried to buy out the GH assets, they would likely have to pay at least $16 a share, so that remaining 9% is in the same realm.

as owners and partners...what would be the logic of paying a $16 p/s valuation when market price is $8. We should be paying a discount if someone wants out. I, we are and should not be generous..but fair...fair market value.
