Yes.when we were all accumulating GH I had been and continued to add CHE which has also done very well rebounding in this market. Both undervalued

Need strong Q4 earnings for sustained rally.     Announced in early March.      American investors say Canada uninvestable with Liberals in power.   Serious money not back in our markets until change of govt

EstevanOutsider, I think last presentation was from 2018. Would guess the focus currently is fighting inflationary pressures while growing revenues at refurbished properties.  Not an easy task. Better days ahead. Share price just not showing it yet. 11.2mm shares are public float.  Not much available for new investors, retail or institutional.  Gotta wait out the turnaround as

I don't think the management is concerned with boosting the share price. They like it low, they can buy back shares more and if push came to shove and they wanted to do a management buyout they could do it a better rate. They don't need to raise capital any time soon, this is a situation where they would rather put themselves in a stronger position than try to pump their shares and sell

So not shareholder friendly. I agree. I didnt get a response when I inquired (twice) and parted ways. Like the story and the company but prefer to invest with companies that care about their stockprice and dont try to keep it low with the prospect of a management buyout (at a low price.)

I tend to avoid companies that are concerned with the stock price because I feel the management of those companies are more concerned with getting themselves bonuses than a long-term vision. This company should be private, it effectively runs as it. It's a deep value play where you are buying a dollar for 70 cents. Management wants to play a long game and it's not something you can buy and
