As We Wait
Hadn't planned on it, but couldn't resist adding some more shares in the last week or so. Figured Kasking was doing the same. While I was doing the "hurry up and wait" the share prices just made it too tempting to ignore. I agree with the rest of you that as the debt continues to be paid down and NCIB contributes to our well being it just a matter of TIME before the share price accelerates and the dividend starts to increase. Also the inflation factor on its own should certainly have increased the value of our assets so again we return to time, waiting. Long term planning requires all of us to have plans in place for the coming increased returns on our investment here.

Sage. I was wrong. Less than 1yr is a cash equivalent. We are waiting for that, less than one year... See you at the finsih line.

TheBridge becoming an accurate barometer for Value. When he buys, shares seem to rally within weeks.
