New SEDI -NCIB and Wills sells more

SEDI reports shows Darcy sold an additional 1000 shares yesterday, so total of 4500 shares (@43K proceeds) sold through his company in the last week......while MALX1 called it and GH filed a host of catchup transactions...currently stands at a further 24,100 shares repurchased (in mid $9 range) in the last month.

Brings us down to 21,571,900 (based on G&M balance today less NCIB)...

Seems as of January 46% is owned by general public and largest 5 shareholders own 51%...with insiders owning about 40%...according to SimplyWallStreet back in January

All in all, nice progress and insiders are well aligned with shareholder interests

Sage - thanks for posting SEDI updates!! I think we are now sitting at about 21,350,450 after recent Feb buys are cancelled. Busy, busy, busy, buying, as they say. They, who? The Owl.
