something odd

why are they trading their own stock? not insiders, but the company itself. look at the top line, second tab from the right. "Insiders" they are buying their own shares in small amounts and then selling in large amounts when volume permits? can anyone explain this?

I believe the company is buying back its own shares and cancelling them. Watch the outstanding share count drop by the 80 odd thousand shares.
