$1.5 million in shares traded today

Never seen that before. Wonder what's going on. Someon wanted out, Marc L.'s fund? And someone wanted in. A mystery so far.

And to have volume like that trade, yet the unit price stays stable? almost unheard of.
Comment by GivexFan on Dec 20, 2023 10:16pm
What they call a 'block trade.' Where two parties come together, perhaps through some intermediary, to trade a large 'block' of shares without the share price swinging wildly were only one to either buy or sell that amount on his or her own.

A block trade of roughly 2% of the companies value, and neither the buyer nor the seller are considdered insiders (10% ownership) very unusual indeed.

ok, we can now see where those shares went, still no idea who was behind the selling though.
