Executive Comp. and Q1

I hope next year the shareholders get to vote on the CEO compensation. I can't understand how the board gave the current CEO a 10% increase, a 75% bonus and 35% of all the options granted. This is in the year that earnings from continuing operations fell for the 3rd year in a row. Lets BBB (bring back Barber). He was a bit of an academic but at least he wasn't greedy.

What a dismal Q1. Its always a bad sign when companies move up the income statement food chain to try to put a postive spin on things. If EPS is no good, lets focus on EBITDA, when that's no good let's say that its revenue that matters.
