This is my favorite application, no more shoveling:
"GRA has received a blanket purchase order from a customer producing heated rubbermats  and  is  currently  developing  products  with  rubber  manufacturers  in  the  tireindustry."

Sure they are saying that it is for no fixed amount. The company could order any amount of product depending on their need.

Im assuming its a framework for future transactions including terms, sometimes obligating buyers to give forecasts of orders to reserve capacity.
