U.S. Subsidiary Enters Into a Consent Order With U.S. EPA

MONTREAL, Aug. 16, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NanoXplore Inc. ("NanoXplore" or the “Corporation”) (TSX: GRA and OTCQX: NNXPF) announces that on August 13, 2021, its U.S. subsidiary RMC Advanced Technologies Inc. entered into a consent order with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) (the “Consent Order”), which Consent Order allows for the commercial use of its GrapheneBlackTM as an additive for thermoplastics, thermosets and rubbers, with no annual volume limitation.

Soroush Nazarpour, President and Chief Executive Officer of NanoXplore, commented:

Yes you are right. Now bring it on with customers. Notably if you google search graphene news, another company called GGG (for the spot i guess) got an EPA approval too but for a graphene oxide, just recently. So graphene = all graphenes? That's interesting. JimmyB

Almost neglected to tell you that the vehicle you drive has tires afixed to the rims comprising the  wheels upon which your vehicle 'rides', so to speak. Do you think the part of the news release that states 'with no annual volume limitation', is something that a certain tire manufacturer or certain tire manufacturers would certainly appreciate - it's not really a ...more
