Had you bothered to read my last most recent post, you would know that "Soroush Naxarpour, NanoXplore CEO,  partook of a three person panel interview, during which he clearly stated that there would be "a small" pilot plant battery cells manufacturing facility built and ready for the first quarter of 2022."  I believe the web link to such a interview had been posted

By way of the Sun Tzu associated comment, Graphene007 suggests both a 'small' pilot plant has been built and the company was seeking a perhaps 'strategically located' property upon which to build a full scale battery manufacturing facility. Giiven today's news release, perhaps company management have taken steps to procure property and facilities

I see DR Zaghib has a pretty thorough education in battery development, but nothing that suggests to me that he has any special afinity for Nano or VoltaXplore. Looks like it could be a bit of a "free for all" as everyone and his/her mother make grabs for the various governments'  cash.  Hope the politicos let the professionals handle the management of the process.
