Here I am! Dilution of a stock will only be required if the need is to act on a project that will generate a healthly return,  building a battery facility will consume large amounts of cash that most comapnies will not have. Sure they could wait until revenues come in and go to a bank and borrow the funds. That would only cause them to miss the boat as other companies will beat them at

Fumed kumquats ain't very good but I'll let them to you as you squashed it square as it seems in your text. All stained. I agree that the derisking is critical, multi stage I mean: IMO first rocket stage has not even launched so you cannot envision to propell the second stage (the graphene infused batteries) right in financial orbit, that simple. They just added weight on their shoulders
