  1. Results to Dec 31 , 2021 out and no trip to Hollywood. However, company still in comfortable cash position and reissued the following statement regarding this years projected earnings and positive EBITDA.

    INANCIAL OUTLOOK

    "For the year ending June 30, 2022, we expect annual revenues of more than $85 million. We anticipate progressive growth in the third and fourth quarters due
    to the Canuck acquisition and improved outlook provided by our customers. We also expect to achieve positive adjusted EBITDA in the fourth quarter of 2022."

Start inflating the life vests, I can spare some from my boat... Lire#2 it's the same hot water as in your sink. They make more money by selling their buildings and estate properties than manufacturing composites and black graphene... woooosh!!!!! Impressive isn't it? JimmyB
