NanoXplore Inc > Battery Day coming

Battery Day coming

So, all we know now is that Volta explore’ battery has an energy density of 750-Watt hour per litre
from my research I found that the average lithium-ion battery has an energy density of 212 what hour for litre.
I'd like someone to correct me for thinking that for the same volume and weight voltaX cel one  gets 3 1/2 times the range.
Effectively a 350kw battery would replace (100kw battery in a model S ) and  increase the range to 1000 km at 350wh consumption (120km/h speed)
While cutting the cost of kilowatt per hour by a few orders of magnitude.

I understood that the Nano/Volta people were suggesting an improvement in overall performance was about 20 % not 300 %.

in battery life, not performance.

As pertains to the VoltaXplore graphene-silicone battery cells capabilities and validated performance metrics, I always suggest to maintain a earlier indicated expected delivery of performance and Eme capabilities; and then, when the chips are down and it's showtime, over deliver on all fronts. Energy density and specific capacity, cycle life and energy retention, charge time, cell rys ...more

Soroush just mentioned the company I highlighted in blue within my previous post, Emerys Graphite and Carbon. I've know all along wo has been supplying NanoXplore with graphite. I've also known that Emerys just sold their Graphite mines within Quebec and Nambia to Northern Graphite Corporation, NGC.V, for circa 45 Million Dollars and still maintains exposure to the projects by way of ...more

I wonder what happened to the Mason Graphite (LLG-TSX-V) potential mine as a potential supplier of graphite?  Mason was a major investor in Nanoxplore, then sold its position to Martinrea at about $1.35 per share. At the time I assumed it needed the funds to pursue the development and opening of its mine in Quebec, but has since apparently teamed up with an English company which might become ...more

Mason is not economic at current graphite prices.... its 400km no power and no roads. north in the from sept-iles( 1100km east of Montreal)  . The Most important number is 1.2M mT TAM before , energy  storage market. Most as large. 300 Modules of 4000Mt= 300 X 25M$ in EBITDA or 7.5B$ potential. For Mason, the road is there but since it did not get it financing I guest that it is not yet economically viable.

I guess you missed my last most recent post Lire02. As I stated within my previous post, Soroush mentioned, during the 4:00PM call, the company I highlighted in blue within my previous post, Emerys Graphite and Carbon. I've know all along that Emerys Graphite and Carbon had been supplying NanoXplore with graphite; and that is not all I have know for the longest while now ...more

Mason have the small mesh graphite that is preferable because they are cheaper than the large flake used in battery.   Mason have both type of graphite.

Nobody here cares for Mason Graphite. Perhaps you understood this before you actually posted here Directvoice? Mason Graphite sold out of NanoXplore. Since then we absolutely don't give two shakes of a lamb's tail as to what happens with or to Mason Graphite. Thanks

While Soroush provided little in new Nanoxplore information, mentioning a few new customers and reiterating the $85 million sales estimates for fiscal 2022, while  clarifying some of the many benefits of graphene, he sure did prime the pump for VoltaXplore's  Battery Day. Somewhat unusual for our normally enthusiastic, but low keyed  CEO.  Should be quite the event!
