I do not think Nano NEEDS any significant funding beyond what it just raised if it sticks to its knitting and focusses on graphene production and the occasional foray into specific businesses where it can use its graphene to enhance said businesses. Voltaxplore will need funding, serious funding, which need not impact Nano's balance sheet. There seems to be some confusion about

Hello Lire02 With respect to what you stated about VoltaXplore being enabled to raise it's own massive amounts of capital, you are suggesting that NanoXplore and Martninrea International, each equal owners of VoltaXplore, could seek to each sell a equal portion of control of the VoltaXplore enterprise, presumably by way of a deal which allows a investor or investors to purchase what would

To my way of thinking, 1Student, you are overcomplicating the financing issue facing Nanoxplore. Without knowing details of any partnership agreement twixt Nanoxplore and Martinrea concerning sales of their respective holdings of Voltaxplore, I think the raising of the capital necessary to propel Voltaxplore's progress should be up to Volta, with no mandatory actions/contributions

Hello Lire02 I don't expect I am 'overcomplicating' anything. After all, it's NanoXplore which filed a shelf prospectus for up to $500,000,000.00 Lire02. In my estimation, all "prospective" VoltaXplore stakeholders should know they are actually dealing with their initially having to support NanoXplore's capital needs, in order to enable NanoXplore to financially

Wow, 1Student, lot to respond to : 1) "I don't expect I am 'overcomplicating' anything. After all, it's NanoXplore which filed a shelf prospectus for up to $500,000,000.00 Lire02." I do not believe that Soroush has any intention of utilizing this facility to its full extent any time in the near future. It is,however, a convenient tool to have tucked

Hello Lire02 In addressing the $500M shelf prospectus, you stated "I do not believe that Soroush has any intention of utilizing this facility to its full extent any time in the near future. It is,however, a convenient tool to have tucked away should incredible opportunities suddenly arise as one might reasonably anticipate in such a fast moving industry." RESPONSE: Not
