Subject: Regarding the very company you are utilizing as your 'example'
A good while ago I mentioned a certain private U.S based company within one of my posts. I believe it was during 2020 and perhaps before before you began utilizing this _____________ handle here at Stockhouse. I believe I mentioned DuPont was/is holding a certain 'exercisable option' over this particular private U.S corporation, a.k.a. your 'example' company. I mentioned that Techmer PM, Inc's New York based majority owners could actually seek to take Techmer PM, Inc 'public' and offer a way for the very company which you are utilizing as your 'example' a certain specific avenue into becoming a publicly traded equities issuer, by way of a subsequent merger with the would be publicly traded Techmer PM, Inc. I've know of this specific company, i.e. your 'example company', for quite a while now. NanoXplore needs to nip this specific 'example company' in the bud, so to speak. It behooves both Techmer PM principals and all NanoXplore vested 'principals' , obviously especially Martinrea International Inc, to 'aggresively leverage' the very company which you referred to as the 'example company'. You'll note that 'the example' company's CFO, Jackie Lemke, was the global strategic planning director of the multi-billion dollar revenue Invista division at the DuPont Company. Once again DuPont has installed it's selected representative as CFO charged with 'watching the books' of your 'example company'. We both know that Ford will have little choice but to quickly disassociate itself with your 'example company' and immediately discontinue purchasing any USEPA prohibited products from such a company; and so too will the representatives operating any other U.S company not wanting to run afoul of USEPA rules regulations and laws. No matter how that particular company wants to 'classify' the type of graphene it utilizes as incorporated within it's composite and various other products, graphene is graphene; and should the 'example company' be utilizing it's xGnP® graphene nanoplatelets to produce graphene composite products which only NanoXplore is currently authorized to do by the USEPA, such a 'example company' is in blatant violation of U.S Federal Government Enviromental rules regulations and laws. Mr. Nazarpour was right about Ford and certain other companies, such as our 'example company', being quite upset about the entirely advatageous and quite enviable position which NanoXplore now finds itself as being quite able to legally 'leverage''. I expect requisite events are going to get quite interesting from here forward.

So, from everything I've read on the Reddit/Nanoxplore , this I.T. purchases a very good thing ( assuming a reasonable price paid). I wonder how long this transaction has been on the radar screen and if it represents a surprise to the cash position. Possibly part of the purchase could have been made in Nanoxplore shares, having less effect on cash and allowing the sellers to potentially ...more

Well, according to Mr Wolfe, $4 million was the number, all cash. And if that keeps 1Student happy, so be it! Be interesting to see if this news gives the share price a bit of a lift in spite of market conditions.

According to Marvin J. Wolff, the purchase price was ~C $4 Million. I was told I would have to wait for the quarterly financials and accompanying information to be released in order to have the purchase price for the XG Sciences assets revealed. I will say that not knowing any of the particulars of the deal at the time, due to my simply only having read merely the company's news headline, I ...more
