Insider Trading

Interesting that there has been zero insider trading ( hopefully purchases at this share price level) for some time. Could be that 
the insiders were in a "closed period" due to impending news or reports.

However, since AGM offered the opportunity to make any
market impacting news  public, one assumes that insiders currently free to trade. The lack of any insider trades at these levels
certainly suggests caution on the part of shareholders and potential 
shareholders.

Or, it's the greatest buying opportunity investors have had handed to them since the original underwritings!

Just have a good lok at the GRA chart. It speaks volumes for existing and any would be new NanoXplore shareholders. NanoXplore's share price was last closest to today's share price during 2017, so you must be referring to that time period when you refer to the original underwritings. The insiders simply don't seem to want to actually defend the stock price and are perhaps quite ...more

Check today's insider buys....tax lossing not over but good to see multiple insiders buying.

In the past, insider buying has only been a short term help to the share price, but in the past the only insider I can recall uying was Soroush himself. In this case, the buying is more widespread and  thus a bit more comforting to current shareholders. Collectively , they seemed to have bought only 30ish thousand shares, but seems to have halted the slide. Let's see what next week ...more

Should near every member of the company's executive suite and BOD likely proportionately invests greater capital elsewhere, i.e. instead of specifically in purchasing NanoXplore shares during this occurring GRA share price slide down to just shy of share price points experienced during 2017, it pretty much demonstrates for me something quite specific.
