Have you looked at the charts? The SP has been constantly declining since it's high of $2.84. I bet it will bottom off at a certain level and then the SP will stagnate for sometime unless there's a news that could make the SP go either way. ;)

Seems to me some fairly concentrated buying just below the 2.6 level , price being held in check by quite large offerings coming and going to perhaps discourage smaller shareholders who apparently make up a very large portion of the shares.
