VoltaXplore Has Only Been Worth A Bag Of Hockey Pucks . . .?

Obviously, there exists nothing in the way of follow-up tangible deliverables to be had here with NanoXplore.

At this juncture, you'll forgive me if I am begining to suspect that the VoltaXplore endeavor may have been entirely scraped by NanoXplore officers and directors and that we NanoXplore "minority" equities investors may be the only people not told about such an outcome.

Consider that at last count, the NanoXplore required $150 Million worth of capital to be secured for that now infamous VoltaXplore 2 GWh capacity battery cells manufacturing facility build, this after the company representatives claimed to have already secured roughly $350 Million worth of VoltaXplore project construction capital. We know that Mr. Soroush Nazarpour had stated as much during a previous NanoXplore quarterly conference call, suggesting that approximately $350 Million worth of project capital commitments had been secured from Government funded entities and supposedly existing production offtake purchasing parties, partners, etc.

Question: Had the representatives of that Heavy Commercial Vehicles manufacturer abandoned such an unnamed company's previous commitment to VoltaXplore, with respect to a 1GWh per annum, for 10 years, production offtake purchase agreement previously announced by NanoXplore representatives?

Given certain most specific "revisionary comments" stated by Mr. Nazarpour during the most recent quarterly conference call, specifically comments now suggesting that NanoXplore would not proceed with the VoltaXplore build without a specific kind and quality of "primary partner", you will forgive me for suggesting that something is, in my estimation, seemingly beginning to rapidly and quite odoriferously decay, expressly as pertains to that VoltaXplore 2 GWh graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing facility build Go Final Investment Decision or "Go FID".

Hmm? Perhaps NanoXplore officers and directors would instead elect to book a $20 Million + loss on that VoltaXplore 2 GWh capacity manufacturing facility kind of downstream graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing investment. After all, it's becoming more and more likely that the VoltaXplore enterprise idea may all along have only been worth a bag of hockey pucks and a couple of well use and never washed 20 year old jock straps (no cup included)?
