Gagnon to the NanoXplore BOD does what exactly, specifically in terms of locking down long term partners and customers provisioning prerequisite graphene powder offtake purchase agreements and prerequisite graphene enhanced products (e.g. graphene enhanced SMC, "SiGTM" anode component additive material, graphene enhanced anode component maerial, SPCG anode component material, etc.) offtake purchase agreements needed to actually arrive at a final investment decision pertaining to anything to do with the five year strategic business development initiatives?
