re looking forward

The results of last year are baked in. $134 million or so is expected and they have guided to that area.  It is the guidance and discussion that i think will determine
the next 6 months. Shelving Volta is a good idea, the battery makers are not profitable right now and they seem to have no takers for the last half of the Volta production. Clarity on any write downs and how they plan to treat Volta going forward is essential.
I am looking for clarity on battery materials, and how no Volta effects that sales channel.
They signed 2 SMC contracts early this year, and progress on those should be disclosed.
Normally GRA does not give guidance this early, they wait until the first quarter release, but I think given the lack of performance on many of the initiatives they have talked about, guidance should be given, with some clarity on segmented revenues.

This company needs to get investor confidence back, and what efforts they go to there is of most interest to me.
Best of luck
