At the time that GRN reported their last earnings, XBC had taken a huge hit which adversely affected GRN's share price in an otherwise okay earnings report... this downdraft may have precipitated an acceleration in the exercise of warrants that's still continuing.. just a thought..

You were right Bruce , IT CALLED CORRELATION : XBC's hit , down 2/3 - Green sector - Rotation to different sector plus the warrents . GRN had good run and pulled back 50% now but GRN is still signing contracts here and there , backlog is still growing , 90% of managerment team haven't sold there share yet , they still have cash and did bought deal at $2.17 ?????? Share price MAYBE
